Country Flags Ceremony

The day begins with the flag ceremony facilitated by MU administrators and student leaders.  The ceremony symbolizes the array of flags from around the world, particularly those from which the majority of MU International Students originate.  The flags are present as a symbolic representation of MU's international community.  This ceremony will take place at the heart of the campus which is in front of the Columns where international student representatives dressed in their traditional costumes will gather to create a uniquely international photograph and then proceed towards Ellis Library.

International Bazaar

International students bring culture alive and showcase their heritage in the tradition known as the “International Bazaar.” The International Bazaar has been an iconic MU cultural event for over three decades. The Bazaar embraces the extraordinary presentation of cultures, traditions, cuisine and artifacts from astonishing places in various countries put together by international student organizations and International Programming Committee.

Come grab a FREE global cusine lunch between classes besides learning about international cultures.
